Financial Arrangements

We provide a range of convenient payment options. Fees and financial arrangements, including dental insurance benefits, will be arranged before treatment begins. We accept most insurance plans; however, please remember that no insurance plan covers all dental expenses. Many routine dental services ARE NOT covered. Plan benefits are determined by how much an employer pays for the plan. Most elective esthetic procedures are not covered by insurance. The less expensive the plan, the fewer the benefits. Insurance covering quality services and procedures is decreasing. Patients must take charge of their dental health and NOT let decreasing insurance benefits keep them from receiving desired or necessary treatment.

Managed care plans take away the freedom of choice in selecting your dentist. The payment plan offered to the dentist encourages a doctor to do the least amount of treatment possible. We DO NOT participate in any Managed Care Plans because it compromises our service and the well-being of our patients.

Fees and Insurance With only a few exceptions, payment is expected when services are delivered. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards for payment in full for treatment not covered by insurance and/or insurance co-payments. Certain treatments or procedures may have payments proportioned over the length of the procedure. Specifics for this type of payment are detailed in your treatment plan. Patients needing financial assistance may discuss the options available with the administrative staff.
